Classic Charleston Plantations
Magnolia Plantation, Founded in 1676 by the Drayton family, Magnolia Plantation has survived the centuries and witnessed the history of our nation unfold before it from the American Revolution through the Civil War and beyond.This plantation offers Three magnificent wedding venues; The Veranda, The Carriage House and the Conservatory.
Boone Hall, one of Americas oldest working and living plantation is considered to be one of the south's most quintessential plantation wedding venues, with its famous avenue of oaks and cool marsh breezes. Boone Hall has a variety of setting for your ceremony and reception including The Cotton Dock with exposed beam ceilings and working fireplace.

Thomas Bennett House. The Governor Thomas Bennett House, circa 1825, is one of the grandest and most beautiful houses in Charleston, South Carolina. The house has been handsomely restored, providing an elegant backdrop for your Charleston wedding.
William Aiken House. One of Charleston's most desirable wedding venues. Conveniently located on upper King Street and offers a seamless blend of 18th century charm and 21st century sophistication. The romantic pergola and reflecting pool in the private gardens make the idea setting for exchanging your wedding vows.
Lowndes Grove, sits on 14 stunning acres on the banks of the Ashley River, Lowndes Grove is a National Historic Place, and Charleston's last great waterfront estate. The property includes a circa 1786 main house with two piazzas, a grand lawn, and broad terraces made of bluestone, brick and oyster tabby. A perfect setting for an exceptional and memorable wedding.

Harborside East. One of the more "hip" and contemporary wedding venues with a breathtaking view of the Ravenel bridge from large outdoor terrace and two private gardens ideal for your wedding ceremony.
Marion's In The French Quarter. This charming venue has large french doors which open onto the bustling scene of East Bay. Exposed brick walls and a handsome bar and beautifully finished hard wood floors created a warm and rustic feel.

Gibbes Museum. Located downtown Charleston and offers a wide variety of settings from small galleries, classic and contemporary in design and a stunning rotunda and grand patio.
The River House at Lowndes Grove. This beautiful cottage is tucked away under the shady branches of live oaks on the edge of the Ashley river. It's an intimate venue ideal for small weddings or large rehearsal dinners for under 100 guests.
Hyde Park Farm located only 20 minutes from downtown. Hyde Park is a working Polo horse farm situated on 380 pastoral acres, complete with moss hung oaks, magnificent azaleas and an open air pavilion.
